Powerful Women Productions

Powerful Women Productions was introduced by a character in my first novel of the Measured Time Series, The Traveler. The idea of such a woman-owned and driven production company soon began to live for me outside the bounds of fiction.
For years I have written essays and opinions about life, substitute teaching, and my consternation over modern life. And I had nowhere to share them. Until now.
My guest contributors and I will offer often pointed, sometimes poignant, frequently funny, and insightful thoughts and commentary. And you are invited to email me if you are moved to do so.

Authors List

  • Denise Duranczyk is a retired physical therapist living in our small city of Stoughton, Wisconsin. She served 12 years as a local elected official; therefore, she understands the purpose of government as well as how it works.

    Denise has been involved in many political campaigns including issue driven campaigns. She is currently volunteering for city committees as well as community non-profits.

    She understands how current policies are impacting average Americans. She will cover topics likely to touch each of us: health care, science, children, and the labor force.

  • Jim A.K.A. "Diamond Jim" Hewitt is a songwriter and musician who occasionally records some musings about music production and maybe other cool things. He is also the site administrator so if you have any issues or questions, please feel free to contact him via his email icon link.

  • Lynn Perez-Hewitt is a novelist, substitute teacher, and accredited public relations professional and fundraising consultant to nonprofits, economic development groups and government agencies.  She holds a master’s degree in educational leadership from Northern Arizona University and a Communications and English double major from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. She is also the author of the Measured Time Series published by Page Publishing.
